About the role:
As a Product Design Lead, your role will involve leading the Product Design team at We Over I. This will involve managing teams, building design frameworks and exploring new practices.The ideal candidate will also need to excel at collaboration, managing teams, be an obsessive learner, have a knack for experiments and be excited about solving high-impact global problems.
Your mission:
- Continuously exploring new practices and patterns for the problem-solving toolkit
- To solve difficult design problems and create frameworks from these design solutions
- Looking at the big picture and diving into details
- Using creativity from a wider perspective in terms of re-framing problems and approaches
- Inspiring team members with deep insights into their personal motivations
What an ideal candidate would have:
- Deep knowledge of translating concepts into wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes
- Equally talented in analytics and creativity
- Ability to turn user research into representative personas, user stories, user journeys, storyboards, and other design-thinking representations
- Strong, confident communicators with colleagues below, above, and adjacent to them
- A strong portfolio linking their design decisions to successful outcomes in a product
- Excellence in managing teams
