**Must be local to the Phoenix, AZ area as this will be a hybrid position - work from home and in-office split schedule.**
Account Manager Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with clients to understand their business objectives and goals
- Serve as consultative partner to clients in terms of marketing strategy and campaign execution
- Provide strategic insight to drive campaigns across digital media, content, lead generation, paid social, etc.
- Collaborate with internal project management team to ensure proper scope of all projects and client budgets and deadlines are exceeding client expectations
- Regularly meet with internal team and clients to report on campaign performance, metrics and ROI, etc.
- Lead discovery and brainstorm meetings with internal teams and partners stay up to date on all industry trends, etc.
- Continue to foster and grow relationships with clients and identify potential areas of growth and opportunity
Requirements
Account Manager Job Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience working in a fast-paced digital marketing agency in an account service focused position
- Experience providing strategic direction across a variety of digital campaigns paid media, paid social, lead generation, content, and more!
- Analytical and confident in leading strategic direction related to digital marketing campaigns
- Innovative challenge seeker always seeking out ways to improve campaign performance and not afraid of doing things differently to get different results!
- Proven experience managing and growing client accounts/relationships
- Experience working in advertising platforms is a plus (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.)
