Requirements
- Producing product for technicians
- Manage the flow of work
- Customer service/Case management
- Handle customer concerns or complaints quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers
- Maintain supplies/inventory
- Maintenance work, when needed
- High school diploma or greater
- Able to read and understand information and instructions
- Knowledge of navigating software programs
- Able to work independently and with others
- Works well under pressure and manages stressful situations with ease
- Friendly and professional demeanor
