Job Description
- Supervise referral officers including preparation of schedules, time sheets and appraisals.
- Create a systematic process for ambulance supplies replacement, equipment and medications check.
- Participate in referral team data collection and statistics reports.
- Follow on ambulances maintenance, equipment and consumables in coordination with paramedics and drivers’ focal points.
- Follow on the logistic needs, fleet, tracking logs, and any needed procurements.
- To act as the Camp Mortality focal point, responsible for regular reporting and updating the mortality sheet.
- In coordination with referral doctor to follow on pending cases.
- Main focal point for any coming referral medical missions.
