Associate

We are looking for a professional coder to ensure the codes are accurate and sequenced correctly in accordance with the documents available, client updates (SOP), coding guidelines and insurance regulations. Analyze and process the charts with 100% accuracy.

• Active participation in cross trainings
  
• Lead Pre-shift briefings on a rotational basis
  
• Maintaining the TAT on all coding process
  
• Maintain 100% productivity & 98% quality
  
• Review of audit feedback to avoid errors
  
• Preparing and updating clarification and escalate to TL
  
• Preparing BOD & EOD reports on a rotational basis
  
• Attend the training conducted based on the Quality feedback.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors or Master s Degree or equivalent demonstrated academic achievement in Life Science.
  
• 3- 4 years of experience in Medical Coding industry
  
• Strong knowledge in E & M, Anatomy & Physiology
  
• Certification in Coding adds more weightage to your profile
  
• Basic technical skills in computer
  
• Good written and verbal communication skills
  
• Work from home is not applicable.
