Job Description
Hands-On Java Technical lead / Senior Software Engineer with 10+ Years Experience
1.Having in-depth experience in designing microservice based highly scalable J2EE applications.
2.Experience in creating technical design,architecture related documents.
3.Hands on coding experience in Java/Spring based microservices.
4.Experience in delivering end-to-end life cycle of projects (Requirement to warranty).
5.In depth knowledge in multi threading and asynchronous programming.
6.Experience in leading and driving team of 5 or more and following agile methodology (Offshore Delivery Model)
7.Knowledge of load balancing, application security, authentication/authorization models.
8.Experience in Maven/Gradle based CI/CD pipeline and basic Linux commands.
9.Clear communication with experience in dealing business team directly.
10.Work estimations, ROM/ LOE and work planning
11.Project - Technical Status reporting
12.Team player
Tech skills(must have): Java/J2EE,Springboot,Spring MVC,Oracle Good to have: Spring security,Mongo DB/Cassandra,AWS
