Job Description

We have a new job opportunity for an Auto Technician in Port Moody, BC. We are looking for a highly self-motivated and organized individual.
The successful technician will be responsible for receiving repair orders from dispatch tower/service advisor and perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency. Controlling the flow of work in the shop, following warranty procedures on all jobs and updating diagnostic tools and ensuring that there is a clean and safe working environment. This Position will be expected to perform other duties as assigned.


  • Must be a fully licensed Automotive Service Technician.
  • Working knowledge of automotive equipment.
  • Possess strong diagnostic and problem solving skills in order to maintain optimal customer satisfaction.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills to effectively work with other members of the Service Department team.
  • Must be committed to consistently delivering high quality work.
  • A valid Canadian driver s license, and ability to provide drivers abstract for review.

Compensation:
  • $32 - $38/hour
  • Comprehensive benefit package after 3 months, RRSP contribution and boot allowance.
  • Tool allowance $500/ year

Shifts:

  • Day shift, Monday to Friday, 8 hour day
  • Overtime available.
