CNC Machinist - 2nd Shift

Pennsylvania Machine Works, LLC is a Delaware County manufacturer of high-pressure steel pipe fittings. We take great pride in our employees, our products and our customer service. Due to the increased demand for our products, we are adding more CNC Operator positions at our shop in Aston, PA., available on our 2nd shift. The shift is a 4 on and 4 off work schedule. 5:00 pm to 3:30 am schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Work from shop prints, work orders, prescribed production procedures to receive stock material, requisition tooling and program to prepare machine for operation.
  
• Check all fluid levels, grease fittings and transmission.
  
• Load programs, insert tooling for touch-off of tooling, reference points for dry run of first piece.
  
• Produce first piece with approval or assistance of more experienced personnel for measurement of critical dimensions.
  
• Check production pieces following quality procedures.
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a CNC Machinist in a Manufacturing Shop Environment
  
• Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent
