- Create and configure business rules, Ul policies, Ul action, client scripts, script includes, ACLs, Reports, Transform maps, Workflows and Flow
- Perform technical validation to ensure business needs are achieved and recommend improvements or changes to technical designs
- Comprehensive understanding and working experience with ServiceNow platform and interfaces/integration with other applications
