Technical/Functional Skills SAP IBP Demand Planning Consultant Experience Required 6-8 Roles & Responsibilities Overall 10+ years of SAP Demand Planning experience with minimum 2 IBP Demand Planning implementation experience and expertise in the Forecasting process including various forecasting models and industry best practices in forecasting driven planning Experience in analyzing the business requirements and mapping to the IBP tool capabilities and designing an end-to-end architecture with S4HANA and Non-SAP systems for data flow for Demand Planning Expertise in various master data elements required for IBP and configuration of the system to enable demand planning process. Experience in testing the solution, identifying system issues, work with SAP OSS to fix errors, identify system gaps and propose alternate process/technical solutions. Ability to work with technical team to develop enhancements and interfaces Experience in understanding the client specific business scenarios and ability to conduct workshop sessions to review/recommend leading practices to enable business process driven implementation and not just technical capability Experience with all phases of project management and managing deliverables of each phase: Design documents, writing test scripts, cut over activities, data load mapping, training, and go-live support Good communication and presentation skills and knowledge of testing tools like HPQC and MS products with exposure to one or more modeling tools like Visio Generic Managerial Skills Excellent verbal communication skills.
