Job Description
- The pharmaceutical marketing Specialist is responsible for the marketing activities of a pharmaceutical organization in the constantly changing industry trends.
- Conducting market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits, competitors’ activities, and trends.
- Responsible for the product introduction and the management of the product life cycle and assisting the sales team with detail aid handling and understanding.
- Designs, develops, implements, and analyzes the various marketing strategies and media used to market and promote the new products.
- Overseeing the implementation of the marketing strategy, working with cross-functional units to make sure that the implementation is aligned with the Kepler strategy.
- Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns.
- Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, TV etc.).
- Support the Sales medical team with marketing training, medical knowledge, and how to use the marketing tools effectively.
