IAM Administrator/Access Provisioner

Position : IAM Administrator/Access Provisioner

Location : 100% Remote

Duration : 6-month CTH 6 months minimum for the contract. The contract portion could go longer before they convert.

Interview : First round is 30 minutes with the manager and possibly 1 other with a leader and IAM analyst

***Excellent communication is a MUST. This is a forward-facing position, so being presentable is a requirement.**

What will they be doing?

These are people who take tickets and either grant the requested and approved access manually in the application or troubleshoot an issue someone is having with their access to the application.

They have called these IAM administrators, specialists, provisioners in the past.

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience with Access Management

IAM experience

ServiceNow experience for closing tickets

Knowledge on Active Directory

Good with Microsoft Excel. Need to know how to read/create/dissect an Excel spreadsheet

Great organization skills

Experienced with documentation

Must Have
Quality Control and Certification experience
