In this critical role, you will support an expansive and high-priority project, performing all phases of web-based programming activities at the highest technical level.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Architect, design, test, and implement multiple on-premises SharePoint solutions.
- Work with client to design and build webpages and user interfaces utilizing a variety of web applications, techniques, and tools.
- Recommend best practices and propose innovative SharePoint/Web solutions to automate/solve complex business operations requirements.
- Build workflows and migrate content from older versions of SharePoint to newly architected and deployed system.
- Lead the analysis, documentation, planning, and execution of content migration.
- Define, develop, implement, and codify requirements for document management.
- Create web-oriented applications, developing coding constructs, frameworks, components, and interfaces.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Active TS/SCI w/CI Poly clearance.
- Proven work experience in web and SharePoint development.
- In-depth understanding of data management (e.g., permissions, recovery, security, monitoring.)
- Knowledge of software development and user interface web applications.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to understand front-end user requirements and possess a problem-solving attitude.
- Expert level JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Highly motivated and capable of working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Certifications:
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (SharePoint)
- Security+ CE or other DoD 8570 Level 2 Certification
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum years' experience and education as outlined below.
- Managing and providing front-end services, such as creation of SharePoint sites, permission groups, site administration, template creation and management, and solution creation to support business processes.
- Creating custom workflows and forms utilizing SharePoint designer, InfoPath, and coding in HTML, JavaScript, and asp.net.
- Contributing as a member of a high-performing team.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's Degree w/minimum 5 years' consulting or change-management experience in information technology.

- Master's Degree or Advanced Training w/minimum 3 years' consulting or change-management experience in information technology.
