Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
Job Description:
- The Human Resources Analyst III will analyze our future workforce to identify potential shortfalls and design interventions to fill the gaps.
- We seek a professional to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis on data to generate insights and information to ensure accurate forecasting.
- With minimal direction, conduct what-if-scenario planning and analysis to identify the return and impact of specific initiatives.
- Draft a workforce plan and associated talent management strategies (e.g., build vs. buy) to support the future workforce.
- Design, implement and administer programs that make the best use of an organization's human capital to ensure maximum return from its talent.
- Make authoritative recommendations that have a significant impact on the business over the short and long term.
- Develop business requirements using a variety of methods such as interviews, document analysis, workshops and workflow analysis to express the requirements in terms of target user roles and goals.
- Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Four years of related work experience.
- Compensation experience required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Human resources certificate
