Human Resources Business Partner Responsibilities:
Provide HR generalist support to leaders and their teams, and the HRBP team
Lead and fully execute key HR strategies and initiatives across customer groups
Works closely with business unit leaders from our commercial, manufacturing and/or support operations to identify and execute on opportunities for increased organizational effectiveness including workforce planning and coaching
Accurately diagnose organization issues, develop solutions, and implement action plans
Partner with COEs in Talent Management, Compensation/HRIS, Total Rewards & Community Relations) to achieve business results
Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and engagement
Plans, organizes, and manages Global HR team projects as required for full implementation of project goals and objectives, including identification of necessary resources and project team members
Drives results and problem solves issues, removing obstacles to the project's success through effective and on-going communication
Facilitates regular stakeholder and project team meetings and communications, including scheduling, development, and circulation
Effectively manage multiple projects with overlapping tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
Requirements:
5+ years Human Resources Generalist experience in a progressive environment
Bachelor's Degree
Strong business acumen and ability to work well across different functions to integrate and execute HR and business strategies
Must be able to effectively plan, organize and drive projects to completion using proven project management methodologies.
Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy
Exceptional listening skills and ability to relate to influence and coach employees of all levels in the organization
Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence the decision-making process
Change management expertise, specifically managing change within a large matrix organization
Confident written and verbal communicator, with executive presence
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong HR consulting skills, with a focus on both strategic and tactical execution
Experience delivering results in a global environment
Organizational design experience
Experience with regulated government agencies
Experience with Medical Device companies"
