Desktop Support Engineer with 1E Tachyon L2/L3

Experience Level:
5-8 Years Desktop/Server support, System Administration AND 5+ years of experience in Tachyon 1E/Nexthink.
Strong Knowledge of Tachyon 1E concepts, Architecture and
Operational configurations.
Strong knowledge in Win 10 / Win 11 Operating System.
Good Knowledge of Desktop Support operations on L2 and L3 levels
and incident management, Problem Management & Change
Management.
Basic Knowledge of PowerShell/SQL/SCALE Commands.
Basic Knowledge of SCCM deployment.
Good Customer orientation and coordination skills.
Good knowledge in deployment tools viz. SCCM, MDT, Altiris etc.
Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Windows Servers.
Basic understanding of networking concepts.
Good Working knowledge in SCALE scripting as Core Language for
Tachyon 1E.
Manage team (onsite and offshore) and ensure deliverables are met on
time.
Strong communication & presentation skills.
Certifications:
Windows MD 101 Certified.
Tachyon 1E Certification (5.1 or 5.2)
