Program Manager II

Summary:

We are looking for someone who will meet with T&S Intel leadership regularly to take notes and assist with any potential questions that might arise.

Responsibilities:

• Convert meeting notes, brainstorming sessions, strategy sessions into executive comms, memos and presentation decks.
• Plan, coordinate and rollout T&S Intel programs with exec support

Skills/ Education/ Experience:

• BA/BS degree in political science, journalism, digital media, history, or a related field, or have a technical degree.
• 3 - 5+ years of relevant program manager experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), with a proven ability to work successfully with cross-functional teams with senior stakeholder and executive visibility.
• Confident, well-organized and a quick learner.
• Strong knowledge management skills.
• Ability to balance competing priorities without a loss of efficiency.
• Project management experience.
• Ability to demonstrate critical thinking, problem solving, attention to detail and flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Advanced G Suite experience, including slides
• High degree of initiative and deadline-driven productivity
