Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Daily invoicing and dispatch

Bar coding and maintaining inventory data

Data entries in follow up sheets OCC

Ensuring correct packaging/ branding and paperwork for the order dispatches

Daily couriers of samples and swatches, tracking shipments

Taking pictures of products for uploading on folders/ weavers app

Core skill setsideally include, but are also not limited to:

Accuracy and attention to detail

Detailing information

High Learning Agility

MS excel

Ethical practice and civic-mindedness

Accountability & Taking Ownership

Preferences:

1-3 Years of relevant experience

Relevant experience/ Education in textiles from a textiles institute.
