An international Streaming platformis looking for a Head of UserAcquisitionor Head of Marketing Growth
What you will do:
- Engage users at all stages of the marketing funnel: creating, implementing and managing multi-channel programs;
- Manage traffic buying, ad implementation and A/B testing of creatives;
- Plan and manage UA campaigns and analyze effectiveness;
- Analyze trends and findings and conduct subsequent optimization to achieve KPIs;
- Look for new creative ways to improve performance and efficiency;
- Prepare reports and present results at executive level;
- Collaborate effectively with other departments within the company;
- Analyze the market and competitors' actions;
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key acquisition platforms and partners
What we expect:
- Work experience as CMO/Head of User Acquisition/Head of Growth for web streaming products on EU, North Amercian, Asian markets in tech companies;
- Hands-on experience in UA and demand-generation, including mobile app deployment ( AAA, ASA, UAC ), social (Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) and search (Google, Bing);
- Deep understanding of the online and ad space, including technical integrations, tracking tools, and best practices (Google Analytics, GTM, AppsFlyer);
- Understanding and practical application of key business metrics (ROI, LTV, ARPU, etc.);
- Effective communication skills and the ability to defend your point of view;
- Native or Full Proficiency level of English (spoken and written negotiations with partners).
