Citrix Infrastructure Engineer

Strong Working knowledge of Citrix XenDesktop and XenApp (both Imaged & standalone) technologies

5-7 years' experience with a direct focus on Citrix Infrastructure and endpoint client experience

Strong, hands-on Citrix technology problem analysis, operations, and resolution skills.

Strong, general Citrix operational skills across all key infrastructure components: (Ex. License, StoreFront, Controllers, Director, PVS, End-point agents etc.).

Working knowledge of Netscaler technology for remote access a plus

Working operational knowledge of Citrix end-to-end infrastructure and experience in maintenance and management of a fully functioning Xen Desktop, XenApp infrastructure (DEV, UAT, Prod, D/R).

VMWare with a focus on hypervisor technologies a plus

Experience with both persistent and non-persistent desktop deployment types

Strong Powershell and scripting knowledge a plus

Strong system documentation and communications skills to work within a wider Citrix Engineering organization:

Instructional documentation to improve current operational processes

Process review and improvement documentation.

Ability to work well under pressure and deliver on tight and sometimes short deadlines

3-4 years' experience with Intune, Azure, O365 administration and automation desirable.
