As a (Senior) Tech Recruiter (d/f/m) you are responsible for the implementation of end-to-end recruiting for our tech positions - your focus will be on digital profiles and your goal is to find great developers for our software development department!

In dieser Rolle erwarten dich u.a. folgende Aufgaben

  • Responsibility for the entire end-to-end tech recruiting process in close collaboration with the respective departments and capability leads
  • Proactive and independent management of job advertisements, screening of the CVs, conducting interviews, insure a smooth process until the positions are successfully filled
  • Be the liaison between candidates and hiring managers, managing each step of the process, regardless of outcome, with transparency and great passion
  • Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, from the initial briefing to new employees first steps in the company
  • Develop diverse talent pipelines for our company-critical roles
  • Of course, ensuring an optimal candidate experience

Wonach wir suchen

  • 4+ years of experience in Tech recruitment
  • Successfully completed studies in psychology or social sciences with a focus on human resources or a comparable qualification
  • Deep understanding of technology, technical roles and technical skills (e.g. Frontend and Backend technologies, Engineering roles, iOS and Android technologies etc.)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with candidates as well as with internal and external stakeholders at all hierarchical levels
  • Experience with active sourcing as well as working with headhunters
  • Ability to oversee a certain budget and assess what is needed and where to spend money
  • Capability to put yourself in the shoes of candidates and create a basis of trust
  • Empathic and solution-oriented personality with hands-on mentality
  • Willingness to dive into technologies, strong digital mindset
  • Readiness to work within constantly changing environments and processes
  • Proactive and a good listener
  • Great communication skills in English (German language skills are a plus)__
