Knowledge of ITSM modules on processes like Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Reports, Security Operations and integrations like LDAP, SSO, REST API, etc.
Experience in developing complex catalog items
Experience in customizing Service Portal widgets & pages.
Working with a team of both functional and technical consultants through requirements gathering and sprint design sessions.
Should have experience of leading team for implementing ITSM tools and continuous improvements
Experience in the implementation, administration, maintenance and enhancements of ServiceNow
Experience using Orchestrator and Workflow Editor to configure workflows and automate tasks
Experience developing ServiceNow APIs, ServiceNow Workflows, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, Catalog Client Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Security Rules (ACLs).
Knowledge and Abilities
Experience in working with integrations including REST, SOAP, JSON, Scripted REST web service APIs and MID Server Integration.
Proficiency in all phases of the Application Development Lifecycle
Excellent communications skills required verbally with all levels of customer IT and business management, as well as written with technical assessments and project related reports
Certifications:
ITIL Foundation Certified i.e., ITIL v3/ ITIL v4
ServiceNow System Administration Certified
