Job Description:

• Overall 7+ years of It Experience, minimum 4 years of experience as Data analyst working on different databases and large datasets
• Prefer minimum 2-3 years of healthcare domain experience
• Hands on experience with complex SQL queries, stored procedures.
• Proficient in programming against large data assets with a working knowledge of SQL, preferably on Postgres, Oracle, and SQL server. Pyspark is a plus.
• Knowledge of Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) frameworks
• Understanding of Data warehouse concepts and data store techniques.
• Possess a strong conceptual and analytical skill set with an ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Provides essential data support and coordination activities for various business critical analysis and reporting needs.
• Interpret, communicate, and present results to customers in a consistent and easy to understand format that facilitates fact-based decision making.
• Slice and compare subsets of data within clients to demonstrate innovation and 'think outside the standard healthcare box' in order to target short term changes, to go along with the long-standing programs already in place.
• Analyze healthcare data on different enterprise systems. Subject matter expertise in a wide variety of healthcare data assets
• Excellent analytical and communication skills. Document solutions thoroughly.
• Proven experience working with multiple projects and collaborating with diverse resources to meet tight delivery timeframes, Work against deadlines and prioritize work appropriately.
• A self-starter that enjoys working in a small, rapidly changing, fast paced environment.
• Prefer knowledge on Control-M
• Experience on agile methodologies.
