Position Task and Responsabilities
- Responsible for place spare parts orders to China, through the weekly order process to replenish parts inventory.
- Identify orders that require special handling, such as emergency orders or large shipments.
- Monitoring the status of orders to ensure delivery is made on the scheduled date.
- Inform the Manager/Chief when the delivery cannot be carried out on the scheduled date.
- Keep team informed of all problems or potential problems related to shipments, deliveries and inventory.
- Direct contact with dealers to follow up on orders, pricing, back order, etc.
- Maintain up to date information on pricing system, costs, customer purchase orders, purchase order requests, kpis, updates, back orders, accruals, month-end closing.
- Budget management
- KPI management (Ordering, Fulfilling, back orders, monthly supply, obsolescence, fill & shipping rate).
Experience/Requirements
- Experience in automotive industry, spare parts operation.
- SAP management (inventory, orders, sales, back order, etc.).
- Management of sales indicators, projections, price collection, customer satisfaction, back order, fill rate.
- Two years of experience in similar positions
- High level of Microsoft Excel, PP
- Intermediate English
