Job Description
Proven Service writers in the Automotive Industry should be aware of a newService Advisoropportunity in Port Moody, BC. The ideal Service Advisor should possess product and repair services knowledge from other dealerships or other manufacturers while running a smooth service operation.
Daily Duties:
- Work with the Shop Manager closely to ensure the shop is run efficiently and safely
- Increase sales and ensure revenue targets are met and exceeded
- Ensure OSHA and safety standard compliance
- Reconcile customer service and staff issues
- Ensure clear communication between departments and customers
- Maintain and grow customer relationships
- Maintain paperwork related to audit of repairsand offer advice/corrections
- Provide and process reports
- Implement company sales related or process improving initiatives
Compensation
$65,000 $75,000/year to start; commission based. Benefits available immediately.
Schedule
Day Shift, Monday - Thursday, 8:00am start / 10 hour shift.

utomotive repair experience Valid Driver s License Installation experience Reads blueprints, instructions and schematics Computer Literate (Word, Excel, Browser, etc.) Ample Tool Collection
