Group Facilities Manager

Tangerine is a successful, growing group of businesses based in the delightful seaside town of Lytham St Annes . We are a family business from Farming Roots.

The Group consists of three divisions VetPlus a global leader in companion animal nutraceuticals, Agri Lloyd, an agriculture focused unit and Mill Farm Sports Village a multi-purpose leisure complex incorporating a fully owned football club with associated facilities.

Main duties

Building Maintenance:

• Ensure that all buildings are maintained to the highest standards.
• Organise and manage all maintenance operatives.

Site Security:

• Ensure all intruder alarms and CCTV systems are kept in the correct working order.
• Put an annual maintenance plan in place, liaising with external contractors as required.
• Ensure that all fire alarms and firefighting equipment are in good working order.
• Manage, issue, and keep a complete and up-to-date list of all key holders.
• Maintain two sets of master keys for all buildings at Boundary Road with a duplicate at Mill Farm.
• Responsible for all AFC Fylde Match Day stewarding and security.

Health and Safety:

• Help write and maintain up-to-date HSE procedures.
• Manage any and all educational requirements with regard to new HSE policies.
• Communicate and implement the policies to all company employees.
• Carry out and maintain risk and COSHH assessments.
• Oversee all contractors and visitors to the sites.
• Oversee accident and incident monitoring and reporting.

Grounds Maintenance:

• Take full responsibility for the exterior cleanliness of the sites.
• Ensure that all garden areas are maintained with regular grass-cutting and weed control.
• Ensure sites are managed with minimal environmental impact.

Pitch maintenance and repair:

• Be fully responsible for maintenance and pitch upkeep.
• Maintain all equipment necessary for pitch maintenance and upkeep at all three sites.

Cleaning:

• Ensure that the cleanliness and presentation of the site are of the highest standard.
• Lead the cleaning teams at all of the sites,

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Self-motivated.
• Able to demonstrate a flexible approach to work.
• Takes personal responsibility for their words, actions, and the quality of service you deliver.

This role will be based in our growing HQ-Hub as we THRIVE here at Tangerine on In-person collaboration. We're introducing new features in our HQ-Hub like an In House Chef , to cook up the tastiest food options for all (Our favourite day is Fish & Chips Friday ) Break out spaces, Candidate Experience Lounges and Much More to come! Naturally you'll feel super comfortable here in-between the hours of 8am - 5pm.
