Customer Service Advisor with French

Tasks

In your day to day life you will have to:

- Provide assistance via phone/mail/email/chat from Customer simple and complex queries that impact the performance of the business

- Guide the customers trough the webshop

- Ensuring that the data received from the customer is accurately and timely maintained

- Transfer queries to the corresponding department

Requirements

You are the person who we are looking if:

- You have a bilingual or native level of French, and an advanced level of English.

- You are able to communicate efficiently by phone and email with customers daily

- You are a pro-active person, focused on responding promptly to action

- You have experience SAP and Office tools basic knowledge is preferred

- You can work in a results-oriented team

- You have the minimum required secondary school
