Performance Management of Category
Support Head of Electronics to achieve category target including category growth, market share and P&L, monitor e-commerce share of retail for Mobile category across all brands in Indonesia.
Monitor and manage key brand growth performance indicators, including but not limited to sales, customers, basket size
Collaborate and lead brand development with respective function teams, as well as coordinate closely with team in logistic & warehouse, marketing, finance, etc
Own and execute end-to-end onsite customer experience as well as backend content/catalog development to ensure smooth customer journey for Home Appliance category
Lead on the category campaign to deliver the campaign KPIs.
Lead the conversion rate improvement for focused category and meet the target for 100% improvement
Business Development and Strategic Brand Management
Establishing relationships and driving negotiations with leading brands and retailers, be responsible for the P&L of the brand.
Work with key brands to plan and deliver the brand driven online campaign;
Onboard new regional brands and retailers
Responsible for the growth of the top brands, meet & exceed the KPI; grow Lazada share of focused brand overall sales.
As the point of contact to key brands, managing communication and escalation, managing on the annual joint business plan.
Leading the campaign planning and the post campaign analysis for continuous improvement
Project Management and Internal collaboration
Manage and monitor the successful execution and roll-out of projects
Able to review BRD and participation on the UAT for onsite/product/tech features and tools, in collaboration with functional teams to improve brands enablement
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in commercial finance/ Marketing/Economics or related fields.
5 years experience in e-commerce, and/or Computer Laptop industry preferable
Good knowledge on the digital campaign planning and execution
Strong data analysis skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
Entrepreneurial and creative mindset with well-developed interpersonal and leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize them and meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English.
