Design, implement, and maintain the company s network infrastructure
Plan and execute network upgrades, expansions, and other projects
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues
Configure and manage network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers
Implement security measures to protect the network from attacks
Manage DNS and DHCP servers
Create and maintain documentation of the network infrastructure
Stay up-to-date on new networking technologies and trends
Collaborate with other engineers on network design and implementation
Assist in the development and testing of new applications and systems
Assist IT Manager in procedural documentation and relevant reports
Setup and maintainIT devices PC, Phone, Printer, Email for users
Perform Help Desk support activities as needed
English communication is a must
A bachelor s degree in Information Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
Previous experience in Help Desk position is a must
Knowledge and skills in Internet Service System, Computer Server System, backup systems, network/workstation peripherals, software application and computer hardware etc.
In-depth knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, etc.), routing, and switching
Knowledge in Microsoft Office 365
Experience in one of major public cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP) and associated technologies is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills and sense of responsibility
Report writing and presentation skills
