Job Description

About BREI:

BREI is a leader in the real estate industry, having recently been accepted into the most exclusive real estate mastermind organization. We are a fast-growing business, with a start-up mentality, consisting of top producing friendly and positive people.

Our team is constantly growing and developing their skills, whether that be self-directed or through any number of coaches, courses, or trainings that our company provides for our team. We truly care for our clients as well as our teammates and we go out of our way to save each other a bit of time or energy on a file. If you get frustrated by stagnant, old ways of doing things and are looking for a place where you can suggest an improvement and see it implemented, then you'd love solving business problems with our team. If you're frustrated with management, who won't listen to your concerns about bandwidth or an ineffective process, and you'd prefer to work for an organization that will act to quickly remedy the situation, then you'll find our company to be a breath of fresh air. We don't place blame, we debrief the situation, make a process improvement, and look forward! We don't have boring meetings, we engage in passionate, unguarded debate, and honor the greatness in everyone!

We're not for everyone of course, we don't hire people who think they've got it all figured out or can't see room for improvement. People who don't care to hear others' points of view to get to an optimal solution won't last long. Nor will you if you often find yourself placing blame when things don't go to plan. If you get discouraged by challenges, or you don't often see a silver lining and a lesson learned by failures, then you might not be a fit for us.
