This is a remote position.
- Own end-to-end requirements for Motor LoB.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, UW, Operations, Tech and other stakeholder partners to understand user needs and pain points.
- Understand and Analyse current Business Processes and related tech & product implementation.
- Perform GAP and impact analysis as part of holistic solution proposal.
- Identify opportunities for Automating manual processes.
- Work with different teams around the company to understand their use cases and processes .
- Prepare comprehensive business-product requirements specifications.
- Engage with Vendors as and when required, for effective development, deployment and maintenance of products and features.
- Liaise with designers, developers, QAs to implement the requirements and provide necessary guidance.
- Evaluate test cases and actively participate in UAT phase for quality delivery.
- Train end users on new features, products to increase change adoption.
Requirements
- 4-6 years as Business Analyst.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Motor Business Analyst is mandatory.
- Experience of other LoBs / Functions of General Insurance will be advantage.
