• Manage employee government files to make sure all hiring documents are complete & in compliance with labor law.
• Maintains employee’s personal files as per the Egyptian law
• Prepare social insurance forms and deal with social insurance office
• Handle all the governmental relations with labor offices to ensure compliance with the labor law
• Issue / renew cars & trucks licenses
• Manage all company cars registration and renewal.
• Manage Company cars periodic Maintenance
• Supervise outsourced cleaning company and required labors
• Manage the transportation facilities from the transport providers
• Follow up stocks of stationery & Buffet & catering & cleaning materials
• Follows up the procurement and consumption of office premises requirements.
• Manage all services providers’ agreements such as (Water, Electricity, maintenance, security and cleaning company).
