Job Description

My Clienr provides manufacturing and precision engineering services to the Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Rail and other manufacturing industries require a finance assistant for their busy Tile Hill headquarters.

.

Main responsibilities

Payroll

Generation and ownership of 3 payroll schedules for 120+ employees, ensuring theyre processed and authorised in accordance with Company policy

Reconciliation and submission of Pension Data

Debtors and Creditors

Generation and ownership of the group inter-company transactions

Reconcile supplier statements as required

Assist and support with Credit control, specifically analysing aged debt and communicating with customers where necessary

General Ledger

Balance sheet reconciliations and journal posting of payroll data

Balance sheet reconciliation and journals required in relation to Inter-company

Additional duties

Undertake any other reasonable management request

Work flexibly where possible to support the business when needed

Attend training requested by the company which is linked to the development of your job role

Ensure waste is kept to a minimum to benefit both the company and the environment

Plan, organise and manage own workload to ensure contribution to the company s monthly financial reporting process is achieved in a timely and accurate manner



Sales Order Processor Requirements: Previous experience in glass windows or manufacturing background, dealing with processing of orders, or a similar role. Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills. Advanced knowledge of administrative. Proficiency with word processing and excel spreadsheet software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
