Job Description
- To undertake an operational role in all areas of the department, be visible and accessible to customers and staff.
- Undertake daily supervision of the staff on shift, identifying any issues and offering solutions with coaching skills where required.
- To have a good interest and knowledge of the overall bar's operation including cocktail mixology, coffee barista standards, and drinks presentation.
- To ensure compliance with licensing laws, HACCP documentation, Food Hygiene, Health, and Safety regulations at all times, identifying and reporting any defects and hazards
- To be responsible for all cash and stock processes within the department.
