Job Description

We are currently looking for a Technical Support Representative (SAP) for one of our clients.
What is in It for you:
12 months contract
Salary of 39$/h
Fulltime, daytime schedule hybrid position (2 days in office)

Responsibilities:
Identifying transactions which have failed to integrate into SAP and ensure they are addressed and ideally resolved on the same day
For complex issues that arise, the objective is to identify the root causes, correct them and/or help the CSR/TSM on how to proceed with the correction. If the resolution cannot be determined, obtain assistance from IS&T support. Which after further analysis, may require communication with CTC PIL for required system changes or enhancements
Responsible for month end activities including data integrity, inventory and sales reconciliation.
This includes the timely execution of reports for pre and post month end activities to ensure that all shipments have been seized and invoiced in the given month. And that all transactions have properly gone through across the different processes (manufacturing, procurement, transportation, finance/controllership)
Help to address any areas of improvement (CI) to streamline processes in order to ensure efficient and accurate flow of information
Provide constant guidance to CSR s on various components of SAP including new developments
Testing of new system changes and enhancements
What you need to succeed:
Very good communication skills Bilingual is an asset
Trouble shooting/Analysis
Strong analytical skills
Knowledge of the business an asset
Can challenge requirements and propose alternative options /solutions
Reasonably open to doing overtime near month ends
Capability of working well with others; OTM, IS&T, other BU s, Finance
