Working Student Project Manager - Information Security (f/m/d)

• Information Security Team at Raisin enable Raisin business to mitigate information security risks
• We work in line with a defined internal control system at Raisin to protect infrastructure, data and assets within Raisin.
• Design and implement secure enterprise processes
• Identify and remediate security gaps using industry best practices and automated solutions
• Provide advice on security best practices, and guide teams in developing, adopting and enforcing security standards within the organization
• Support in ISAE 3402 audits and define policies in line with ISO 27002
• Perform periodic reviews, audits and gap assessments
• Align and manage Security Risks in line with organisation Risk Management Process
• Build out Compliance automation evaluating and deploying third party and open source projects
• Participate in external and internal audits and bring them to successful completion.
• Support in due diligence process to onboard new business in Raisin

Your Responsibilities

• Forcing function to derive and amplify the priorities, scope and sequencing of the Info Security area
• Provide efficient and useful communication, documentation and project management structure, keeping in mind the governance set at the company level by PgM department (including quarterly capacity planning, monthly progress reporting and adherence to other company artifacts, as they are set by PgM)
• Support for improving predictability by supporting with the tools set up
• Setting up the OKRs into Jira tool (VIs/ epics/ stories), assuring setting up the flows and automations and adapting the company s Jira ways of working for Security
• Supports and endorses the ever-improving use by teams of scrum/agile to build-measure-learn and adapt-and-prioritize what s important or critical or optimal
• Communication: seeking optimal context, level-of-detail and frequency of communication for each type of stakeholder

Your Profile

You can work up to 20 hours/week during your semesters. The role offers enough flexibility to combine personal, academic and professional life. This is a temporary role from min. 6 max. 12 months. You need to be an enrolled university student in Germany

• Enrolled (Master) student (m/f/d) of business law, business administration or a comparable course of study
• Very good knowledge of MS-Office, has worked with Atlassian Jira and Confluence and very good English skills are a prerequisite
• Some previous experience in the IT or InfoSec project management a plus
• You work independently and goal-oriented and have a strong customer and service orientation
• You communicate openly, enjoy working in a team and have an empathetic demeanor
• Open minded and ambitious personality
