Job Description
Job Title: Sr. Business Analyst
Location: Remote, Preference for local candidates to Troy, MI,
Job Description:
- AFS experience multiple years' experience
- Vision experience most preferred
- This candidate needs to grab the bull by the horns, needs to be ready to go and no hand-holding required
- Needs to be able to talk to people and get requirements from people who are not AFS-experienced
- This candidate needs to be persistent and know how to document EVERYTHING. They need to know when they don't have all the information yet.
- Ideally 3-5 years' experience with JIRA
- Need to know design process flows and how to read them
- Need to know context diagrams and how to read them
- Solid understanding of data APIs and application integration
- Understand batch processing, real time, file formatting, staging tables
- Documentation and interviewing ability is required
