Tasks

• Be part of exciting national and international HR projects take responsibility by owning your own sub-projects
• Become the go-to-person for researching the newest HR trends
• Provide essential input for creating decision-papers presented to management
• Influence the implementation of different employee communication measures
• Organize team and employee events
• Be an integral part of the HR Team by supporting in the day-to-day operations

Requirements

• You are currently enrolled in bachelor / master studies of business administration, business education or sociology with business as minor subject or comparable
• The HR world is your PASSION and ideally you have gained first professional experience during an internship, project work or a working student job in the HR field
• You have a good knowledge of the MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• A hands-on attitude and entrepreneurial spirit are your second nature
• You enjoy researching on and dig into different topics
• Fluently communicating in English ideally German also - is a given for you
