Job Description:
A strong Product Owner(PO) with 12+ years of experience with extensive knowledge of logistic domain especially in the area of Post Sale, Reverse Logistic, Warehouse Management
A strong Product Owner(PO) with 12+ years of experience with extensive knowledge of logistic domain especially in the area of Post Sale, Reverse Logistic, Warehouse Management
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing and prioritizing the product backlog.
- Translating product managers' strategies to tasks for development.
- Learning the market and customers' needs.
- Serving as a liaison between product and development.
- Staying accessible to development to answer questions.
- Collaborating with business to understand, align and layout business requirements
- Defining the vision for the sustainable business solution/product
- Creating solution/product road map based on the vision
- Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements
- Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development
- Developing user stories
- Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process
- Liaising with the product team and end-users to deliver updates
- Participating in Scrum meetings and product sprints
Job Requirements:
- 12+ years of Product Owner experience
- In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
- Working knowledge of solution/product development architecture
- Ability to prioritize effectively
- Excellent knowledge of user-centered design principles
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Ability to work with large teams
- Understanding of design quality standards
- Proficiency in the use of analytic tools
