Duties and Job Responsibilities:
Conduct internal interviews and data gathering sessions with internal stakeholders Support and train your team members and our client employees Manage one or more projects Use strong resource planning and estimating skills Content design and development for team presentations An innovative mindset and willingness to try new tools and approaches to learning Provide thought leadership and direction to junior team members Awareness of and ability to work with industry standard instructional design models. An ability to independently review and refine the look, feel, and usability of learning content to improve the learner experience Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to produce in person and online courses, ensuring learner experience is central to the final deliverables Ability to learn industry-standard course development tools Design and conduct significant research and program evaluation studies This role currently requires the ability to work remotely. Your skill set and experience likely includes:
- Strong written communication skills
- Some experience in managing large complex projects
- Instructional design or content development
- Strong Learner/User experience design skills
- Integration of gamification tools and practices into learning programs
- Data analytics and statistical knowledge
- Experience conducting simple quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Knowledge and experience with participant assessments
- Organization/ task management: being able to manage various workstreams in parallel
- Proven verbal communications skills- able to effectively work with leadership and other team members
- Excellent research and analysis skills
- Experience with video editing and course authoring tools (e.g. Articulate, Camtasia, Adobe Captivate)
- MS Excel e.g., proficiency with VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and beyond
- MS PowerPoint skills -an eye for detail on formatting and graphics/charts
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment and independently
- Basic understanding of the principles of organizational development and change management and Learning Development
