Job Description
- Coordinates with HR Servicing team to ensure People Services access remain intact and protocols obtaining new user access protocols are followed
- 15% - Promote KCS and work with the EUx and OCM teams to drive adoption of self-service by providing easy to use and access end user knowledge
- Manage internal web portals for various business lines – content and weblinks through an extensive use of HTML
- Help build the company’s understanding of the value and business impact of using advanced analytics
- Assist with identifying and prioritizing the need for services through the creation of a Service Catalog and Service Portfolio
