We are recruiting for a HR Process Lead to join a leading multinational end client in Germany to help them deliver their global HR Transformation program.
The role is a great opportunity to join an exciting global business and have ownership of the global HR process improvement project
You will be part of the HR team and will defining and delivering the HR Processes and standards at a global level
You will make be able to make a significant impact within this project as the go to person for the HR Process optimisation within this project
This role is permanent (FTE) and is based in Germany (remotely). The person applying will need to be based in Germany or would be willing to relocate there

Responsibilities
Directly responsible for global HR Process optimisation
Point of contact with Stakeholders in the business to align key goals and initiatives
Implementing and maintain HR strategies and best practice
Establish data governance/data ownership for processes
Skills needed
2-3 years HR Process Improvement experience
3-5 years experience of HR from either a HR Transformation or Consulting sector
Strong Communication skills
Strong stakeholder engagement experience
Ability to define strategic goals and implement /advise the teams
English speaker
