Generalista de Recursos Humanos
Requisitos:
- Licenciatura terminada afín con Título y Kardex Oficial/ Cédula.
- Experiencia 3+ años en puesto similar (preferentemente en el ramo automotriz)
- Enfoque en comunicación y cultura
- Inglés: conversacional/avanzado
Principales responsabilidades:
- Gestión de la comunicación interna
- Coordinación de eventos (integración, cultura, etc)
- Manejo de HC 2000+
- Control y cumplimiento de certificaciones: Great Pleace to work, Nom 035
- Cultura y clima organizacional
- Coordinación de Comités Internos
- Manejo de indicadores
