Due to growth within the team, our client are seeking a Client Support Executive to join them. Youll be responsible for using your tech savvy skills to troubleshoot and follow processes to best resolve problems for clients and going that extra mile to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. Using your organisational skills, youll prioritise the critical requests and manage the demands and pressures to ensure your client has a great experience.
Location:Near Chester/Wrexham
Hybrid working- 2 days office, 3 days home as a general rule
Salary:Up to 28k depending upon experience

Overview of role
Identify the clients needs and support the client to use specific features with ease
Be solution orientated and help the client find the most efficient solution to the query through the case system, telephone or video call
Throughout the process keep the client informed whilst leasing with other CS functions, ensuring you are proactively aiming to improve the client experience
Triage technical bugs and issues to our Technical Support team with all theinformation needed to quickly resolve the issue, you ll need to ask the rightquestions at first point of contact in order to reduce the clients touchpoints
Troubleshooting problems and being the first point of contact for the client
Identify client opportunities for growth
Handle and process any personal data in a lawful, transparent and confidential manner
Requirements
What experience youll need.
- Youll need to have customer facing experience - ideally within a technical/helpdesk/support analyst role
- Youll need to have a passion for technology and want to work in an innovative environment
- Youll need to have excellent communication skills
- Demonstrable experience of problem solving
