Job Description

Job Title: Motor Vehicle Technician
Location: Knaresborough, HG5 8PY
Salary: up to 31,440 with an OTE of up to 34,000 Plus company benefits with a 1,000 sign on bonus and a further 1,000 after month 13, plus company benefits.
Full Times and Permanent: 42hrs p/w

Our Client are currently recruiting a Motor Vehicle Technician to join them at their dealership in Knaresborough. All of their dealership staff are expertly experienced and knowledgeable about the cars that they work with, and they are always on hand to provide help and lend expertise for anything their customer needs.

About the Role:
Our Client believes that their Technicians are a fundamental part of their Aftersales team and will be responsible for accurately completing repair and service records, as well as any other appropriate activities. You will analyse work orders carefully to understand a vehicle s condition, the accuracy of the diagnosis, and what work has been agreed to.

Requirements

About You:
All you require to become a part of the team are:
  • Hold a Valid UK Driving Licence
  • Hold an NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in light vehicle repair & maintenance
  • Own your own tools
  • A proven ability to carry out basic electrical and mechanical repairs
