This electromagnetic System engineering job is an exciting RF System engineering job in our fast-paced design to build environment where we take novel concepts from paper to model to the floor for integration. Our Systems Engineer plays an important role in the process of understanding customer needs, converting these into requirements, and developing solutions in close collaboration with a broader team. The successful candidate will be required to coordinate with multi- disciplined groups within our organization to successfully create systems for microwave measurement test solutions in a multitude of technologies and disciplines.
The Candidate should have RF / antenna / electromagnetic / electromechanical experience in modeling, simulation, and testing of
antennas and/or radar cross section (RCS) and radomes. System test and measurement experience we respect to the following subsystems, including RF or RCS , experience with near-field and far-field ranges, software, and electro-mechanical positioning systems is preferred.
Duties
- Develop advanced system requirements/designs to subsystems design teams & manage product development through life cycle of the programs
- Work within a multi-discipline environment and provide a lead role in full system lifecycle including pre- sales discussions
- Collaborate with our global system & product engineering teams at the subsystem and system level
- Participate in design and development of our product subassemblies related to Microwave/Millimeter wave and/or RCS instrumentation systems
- Contribute to independent review and cross-program coordination to ensure subsystem designs are compatible
- Extract, allocate, and manage requirements during the entire project lifecycle
- Hands on Lead and/or contribution to system installations, tests, data processing and analysis Assist and execute high level installation of designed subsystems to ensure customer success
- Contribute in preparation of & presentation of technical papers at domestic and/or international symposiums on accomplishments, development of the patents, system achievements, team achievements
