Inside Sales Rep (Cloud Solutions)

: Sells company solutions and services to meet sales objectives.
Provide price and delivery quotes to customers within deadline.
Monitor, ensure delivery date and product quality meet customer requirement.
Verify customer orders are processed correctly.
Maintain close working relationship with Account Manager to increase customer account penetration.
Responsible for qualifying leads, generating prospective customers through cold calling, and closing transactional sales deals.
Generate prospective customers through cold calling and qualifies leads.
Provide qualified leads to field sales team for close.
Take orders, answers questions, and sends marketing/sales material to prospective customers.
Prepares activity and forecast reports accurately and on time
Explain technical, industry, and market facts to position the products as a competitive solution.

Requirements

2 years working experience in Customer Service or Sales, in IT Solutions Preferred
Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast paced environment
Able to work independently under tight deadlines
Fluency in spoken English and Mandarin
Proficient in MS Office Applications and Excel
Excellent customer relationship management skill

Must be a Malaysian or a Permanent Resident
