Job Description

As a Senior Product Owner for the Home Solutions Digital Experience Team, you will help create and manage the digital commerce product backlog focused on supporting the sales and services teams for Internet, TV, Home Phone and/or Consumer Security/Health products to help simplify the lives of our customers. You will work closely with your squad that consists of UX/UI Designers, Visual Designers, Developers, Testers, and Scrum Master.

By managing and prioritizing a backlog of user stories within the commerce journey, you will drive customer value and sales outcomes and help reduce customer effort. You ll regularly refine and adjust your backlogs to reflect accurate scope, effort and priority as it becomes available from stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Provide the product vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders, as well as create requirements based on capabilities to allow users to easily configure their plans and devices
  • Define the product road-map and opportunities to create a best in class customer experience while achieving digital sales targets and outcomes
  • Collaborate with our partners throughout the business to align roadmaps & priorities
  • Use a data driven approach to assess business value and customer value, and prioritize user stories to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value while ensuring alignment with product health and strategy
  • Ensure a customer first design approach is intact, addressing customer pain points & leveraging usability test results
  • Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
  • Ensure proper acceptance criteria are in place for user stories, in collaboration with the team
  • Celebrate the outcomes and demonstrate the benefits of the work your team has achieved
  • Closely partner with Tech Lead and Architect to ensure a sound technical architecture is in place
