As an Operations Lead for Platform Enablement, you ll be responsible for supporting capacity planning, annual & quarterly planning and delivery reporting.
Reporting to the Director of Platform Enablement, your key drivers will be enabling teams to meet objectives by helping coordinate, organize and lead. Teams will look to you to facilitate collaboration across TELUS Digital and beyond. To enhance the shared ownership of projects, you will provide consistent communication and visibility to our stakeholders, and help manage risks to maintain the health of our operations.
Your focus will be on Agile business operations, continuous improvement and change management
Requirements
- Lead annual capital planning and building of business cases, ensuring accurate forecasting of resources, budget, capacity and programs; Build POs financial acumen through mentoring and knowledge sharing
- Track and report on budget, providing Leadership team with a monthly and quarterly capital and operating expenditures and proactively identify opportunities for budget optimization in collaboration with the Budget & Portfolio team
- Ensure continuous alignment of road maps across the Agile teams by working with POs though cross-program rituals such as annual and quarterly planning
- Drive evolution of the operating model, ensuring cross-team efficiency, driving Agile, lean and collaborative practices
- Track, analyze and report on team metrics. Initiate appropriate internal and external communication, improving transparency and radiating information
- Facilitate agenda and discussion for Leadership team meetings, track and ensure follow through on action items, plan Leadership team review of strategic initiatives and programs, advise Leadership team on emerging issues and team needs
- Plan and coordinate team engagement activities to support a positive team environment
