Domain Knowledge (MUST) Strong domain knowledge & hands-on work experience in payments & settlement systems for Foreign Exchange, Money Market & Derivatives product

Other Requirements

Prior experience in Production/Operations Support.(Important)

Ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks in high pressure situations., Problem-solving skill, Attention to detail (Important)

Positive attitude, team player with ability to take ownership of a task and work independently towards resolution.

Ability to work in fast-paced production support environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience in handling major incidents, sending business comms, proactiveness and accountability.
